PENGARUH KOMITE AUDIT TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN TAHUN 2019 – 2022
Abstract
The objectives of this study are 1. To determine the effect of the audit committee on company value in the food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019 – 2022. 2. To determine the influence of the independent commissioner on the company's value in the food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019 – 2022. 3. To determine the role of independent commissioners as moderation variables on the influence of the audit committee on company value in the food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019 – 2022. With the results of the study is 1. The audit committee does not affect the company's value in the food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019 – 2022. 2. Independent commissioners influence the value of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019 – 2022. 3. Independent commissioners weaken the influence of the audit committee on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2019 – 2022.
